Lauren Glasspool

Lauren started riding from the age of 5, spending every spare minute she could at her local riding school, which is where her passion for horses ignited. After loaning her own horse at the age of 13 she then went on to work part time at a small family run showing yard which only cemented her knowledge that a career with horses was for her.

After leaving school, she attended agricultural college in 1997, where she achieved a National Diploma in Equine Studies and her BHS Stages 1, 2 and 3. Over the years, Lauren has worked on various different yards to gain experience of all different aspects within the industry. With a love of teaching and training, she attained her BHS PTT and Intermediate Teach, and had many successes with clients and trainees alike. Lauren has taught winners of National Riding School Championship Titles, and was also a Finalist at the BHS Instructor of the year where she was able to showcase her skills in front of Carl Hester MBE and

Di Lampard MBE.

Lauren has competed at an affiliated level in dressage and showing, and is a keen groom ensuring the horses are not only turned out beautifully but that horse welfare is paramount. This led to an interest in Equine Sports Massage Therapy and how this could help enhance or maintain horse welfare and way of going. In 2021 she decided to branch out into this area to enhance not only horse well being but also, the harmony of horse and rider performance.
